Answer: The object is accelerating in the downward direction.

Explanation: In the given block diagram, there are 4 forces acting on the object.

  • The force which is acting on the right side of the object gets cancelled out by the force acting on the left side. Net force on the horizontal line = (100N - 100N) = 0 N.
  • The force acting in the downward direction is more than the force acting on the upward direction. Net force on the vertical line = (720N - 600N) = 120N

We know that,

The object moves in the direction of the net force and here, the net force is acting in the downward direction.

And, F = ma

Acceleration will be in the direction of the force only. Hence, the object will be accelerating in the downward direction.

The largest and most complex mitochondrial genomes come from _____.
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

Angiosperm

Explanation:

The mitochondria of flowering Angiosperm plant are the largest. The size of these mitochondria varies from 1.86 million bp to 2.4 million bp. It is also the most complex one as it carries large number of repeating units which allows multiple permutations for recombination. This allows generation of mitochondria of varying sizes with in the same species.

It is least gene dense  as the inter regions are highly expanded. One of the most distinguishing feature of these mitochondria's are that they contain polypeptides. These polypeptides are basically non functional but have potential to evolve into functional one.

crimeas [40]

Answer:

C) Olfactory bulb is a correct answer.

Explanation:

Olfactory blub role it to sense the smell once they receive the information from the olfactory receptor, it sends the information from the nose to the brain region. This process occurs when the odorants get bind to the olfactory receptors at the specific sites and the glomerulus is present on the olfactory bulb of brain region detects the signal from the receptor and transmit to olfactory blub, and then the brain interacts with the sensory parts, by this ways smell identification is done.

The areas of the brain located just above the sinus cavity and just below the frontal lobes that receive information from the olfactory receptor cells is known as the Olfactory bulb.
