Something tells me you wouldn’t be here if you could use a calculator XD. Complex fractions might seem, well...complex, but all they really are is just tedious. Let me show you how to solve this by hand. Hopefully I can translate the fraction into text!

Now, if you remember, when dividing with fractions, you may multiply with the reciprocal of the fraction that’s dividing. What that means is, if you flip the bottom fraction from (5/8) to (8/5), you make your life easier by multiplying.

To make things even easier, let’s turn 2 1/2 into an improper fraction. This turns it into (5/2). So...

(5/2) • (8/5)

If you remember, to multiply fractions, you multiply both numerators, then both denominators.
