Strong swimmers do not need to restrict themselves to swimming in areas patrolled by lifeguards.
omeli [17]

Answer:

False.

Explanation:

The statement is False.

Strong swimmers should restrict themselves to swimming in the area patrolled by the lifeguards.

Because however good you swim you do not know the uncertainty of the area.

So, it is your moral duty to follow all the rules and regulations of the swimming because following rules can save your life if you are in any trouble.

We all live off of the backs of those in the past rather positive or negatively and those with an open mind more than likely will rise to the occasion.</span>
