Based on the Texas Constitution of 1876, it is mandatory that the Texas residents:

1.  Should respect the sovereignty of the state of Texas and help in preserving the rights of the government primarily by abiding its laws.

2. Should maintain the equality of rights among their fellowmen, and no man has exclusive rights or privileges which means everyone is not exempted whenever a crime or felony is being committed.

3. Should respect every individual's religious beliefs or practices and should not discriminate especially whenever a position is being given to such individual.

4. Should allow the accused of criminal liability to undergo due process no matter what authority is imposing immediate punishment or action.

How did industrialization increase the speed of change
SIZIF [17.4K]
Industrialization drastically increased the speed of change because the production of new goods always had to increase and be faster at the end of the day. The demand was ever-increasing which made change much more desirable when it was in the direction of increased production.

In this way industrialization increased the speed of change.

Do you think the internment of Fred Korematsu was justified? If he had not been a U.S citizen, would that have made any differen
kolbaska11 [484]
The internment of Fred Korematsu was unjustified. Korematsu was one of thousands of Japanese American citizens put into internment camps after the bombing of Pearl Harbor . Korematsu did not commit any crimes nor was he affiliated with the Japanese government at all.

This treatment would not be justified even if he wasn’t a citizen. Unless he committed a crime, his internment / constant surveillance is unjustified.
