Answer:

emphasize all the thoughts of someone at her young age.

Explanation:

"Hanging Fire" is a poem written by Audre Lorde. The poem exposes the thoughts of a year-old girl, the purpose of which is to get the reader into the girl's mind and understand how a teenager's chaotic thoughts work. Because of this goal, the poem's speaker often switches topics from one line to another; In this way the speaker can illustrate all the conflicting thoughts and concerns that this age brings. In short, we can say that the author's goal is to emphasize all thoughts of someone at an early age.

What does the line "Britannia droops the pensive head" imply?
iris [78.8K]
I feel like it's implying that, Britannia is in a very very weary deep thought process.

I mean, droops can be referred to weary, and pensive means thought, or a deep thought.
However, weary could be tired. This is completely an assumption.
