Answer:

Explanation:

Soccer -- aerobic

Wall sits -- anaerobic

Max lift bench press -- strength

Jogging -- aerobic

Sprinting -- anaerobic

Stretching -- flexibility

Planks -- both strength and endurance

Basketball -- aerobic

Squats -- anaerobic

Speed walking -- aerobic

Sit-ups -- anaerobic

Yoga -- flexibility

Swimming -- aerobic

Aerobic fitness -- it is an ability for our bodies to transport and use the oxygen, in order to produce the energy we need for our muscles. During aerobic fitness, our heart rate and breathing increase for some period of time.

Anaerobic fitness -- oxygen is not used. Compared to the aerobic fitness, it is more quick, more energy is used, and the maximum effort is performed, and it lasts shorter than aerobic fitness.

Flexibility -- it includes stretching, yoga, Tai-Chi. It is good because it lengthens our muscles. It increases physical and mental relaxation, it prevents our bodies from injuries, reduces soreness.

Muscular strength -- it's occurring in a short period of time and the maximum of our strength is used. By definition, it is the amount of force a single muscle can produce with a single MAXIMAL effort.

Muscular endurance -- the word says it itself -- how much we can endure.

Compared to the strength, which is manifested in a short amount of time, but used to its maximum, in this type of exercise we are more focused on the enduring. It is muscle's ability to endure repeated action against a resistance for a certain amount of time.

If joe takes a 6-second heart rate count on his client and notes 8 beats, what would his client’s heart rate be?
inessss [21]

If joe takes a 6-second heart rate count on his client and notes 8 beats, his client’s heart rate would be 80 beats per minute.

What would his client’s heart rate be?

If a person have 8 beats in 6 seconds then the client heart rate would be 80 beats per minute because in one minute there are 60 seconds which is ten times. So in this way we also multiply 8 beats with 10 which is equals to 80 beats per minute.

So we can conclude that If joe takes a 6-second heart rate count on his client and notes 8 beats, his client’s heart rate would be 80 beats per minute.

Sarah’s doctor recommends that she get an MRI to help diagnose the cause of her headaches. The doctor provides a list of MRI fac
Andrew [12]

This question is incomplete because the options are missing; here is the missing section:

Which is an indicator that a facility is a poor choice for Sarah?

A. The facility has new, state-of-the-art equipment.

B. The facility is recommended by her family doctor.

C. The facility has been operating for more than five years.

D. The facility accepts most health insurance policies but not Sarah's.

The correct answer is D. The facility accepts most health insurance policies but not Sarah's.

Explanation:

MRI or Magnetic Resonance Imaging is a type of scanning used in medicine as part of diagnosis as through MRI doctors can obtain images of organs and other structures of the body. In terms of access, this type of imaging requires an IMR scanner which might not be found in all facilities. Also, the cost for an MRI is usually high, due to this, most patients will need their health insurance to cover this. In this context, if the facility Sarah chooses does not accept Sarah's health insurance, this is a poor choice for her due to the high cost she will need to pay.
