You would feel muscle weakness and fatigue(tiredness, reduced power) . When muscle cells dont get enough oxygen rich blood to working muscles they get a burning soreness from the buildup of lactic acid produced by glycolosis

There are indeed potable hemodialysis machines that can be used at home but it is recommended that one do it at a medical center because it would be best to have a trained professional on hand if there are issues such as blood loss, loss of consciousness or an inaccurately set time limit.
