Answer:

That distinction was supposed to prove how some parts of society were showing racist nature. I believe that when he says his family member was killed by a white man, he was trying to prove a point that society was being unfair. I also believe that based off evidence from the text, the emotion portrayed by Kennedy shows that the killing was based off an unfair event.

Your gonna make other RANDOM people to do a essay!!! Let me tell you in 6th grade people used to make me do their work!!! ALL THE TIME!  and i always said yes(For some reason).
