You need to figure what increment each dash line represents. Since given -6 and -14 is 2 dash lines away, you find the difference
-14-(-6) = 8
Since it was 2 dashes away, 8/2 = 4
So, each increment is by 4. 
Since this is the negative direction and the blue dot is 4 increments away, 
-14-4-4-4-4= -30
