Answer: Miss Havisham is an eccentric old lady who is always dressed in her wedding dress. She is described as being "faded" - everything about her is old and decaying. Her hair is white and wreathed with wilted flowers, and her clothing hangs on her withered body and is stained and yellowed with age. Mrs. Havisham had once planned to be married, but she was jilted at the altar, and she has left everything in her house exactly...

Dewey Dell is the second-to-youngest Bundren child, and the only daughter of Anseand Addie. Dewey Dell does not narrate many sections throughout the novel, though she is arguably one of the most tragic characters in the book: she is impregnated by the farmhand Lafe, who then leaves her with nothing more than ten dollars for an abortion. Later, she is cheated by a drug store clerk into having sex with him and then is given what she is sure (correctly) is fake medicine. Just pages later, Anse takes her abortion money to buy his teeth, leaving Dewy Dell with next to nothing at the end of the novel.

What is not a key of consideration when developing a piece of writing ?
Y_Kistochka [10]
I believe it's the timeless of the message because, it depends on how much you've written. For example, Amanda wrote a 7 paragraph long essay, and took at least 2 1/2 hours to read it. This is an example to prove that no matter how much you've written your time to read cannot always be timeless!!! Hope this helps!!!

lukranit [14]

Answer: C. They show the speaker's feelings and behaviour at the start of her marriage, when she was young and less mature.

The poem "The River Merchant's Wife: A Letter" by Ezra Pound describes the transformation that a young girl undergoes when she finds a partner. At the beginning of the poem, the girl describes how she was timid, and how she kept her head down. However, as time goes by, she becomes more comfortable with her partner, eventually missing him terribly when he is away. The line describes the first stage of this relationship, when her shyness prevented her from being herself.
