What was Robert Lindeux’s purpose in painting this event? What evidence in the painting suggests his purpose?
lions [1.4K]
In 1838 and 1839, as part of Andrew Jackson's Indian removal policy, the Cherokee nation was forced to give up its lands east of the Mississippi River and to migrate to an area in present-day Oklahoma. The Cherokee people called this journey the "Trail of Tears," because of its devastating effects. The migrants faced hunger, disease, and exhaustion on the forced march. Over 4,000 out of 15,000 of the Cherokees died. This picture, The Trail of Tears, was painted by Robert Lindneux in 1942. It commemorates the suffering of the Cherokee people under forced removal. If any depictions of the "Trail of Tears" were created at the time of the march, they have not survived.

___ productive workers are likely to be of greater value and earn higher wages than ___ productive workers.
zubka84 [21]

Answer:

Hi!

The answer would be more-less. So the sentence would look like this: More productive workers are likely to be of greater value and earn higher wages than less productive workers.

Explanation:

Like we know, the word productive can describe a person's capability to do a lot of work or can refer to anything that produces a lot. A worker that is productive, hence, that can do a lot of work, is more valuable than a worker who is less productive, hence, gets less work done in the same amount of time. This is because the productive worker can get through tasks faster and consequently bring more money and clients than a worker who is not as productive. Because the company values a worker who brings more clients, they are willing to pay productive workers more money so they can be satisfied with their job and stay with the current compamy.
