Explanation:

A dystopia is a community or society that is undesirable or frightening. It is translated as "bad place" It is an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic.

The United States doesn't fall in this case, but there are some injustices in the U.S, and you aren't forced to do stuff so technically no, it's not a dystopian society.
