From the outside everyone's bones look the same, it's only when you get inside them that the differences can be seen. Bone density (the thickness of our bones) relies on a good diet, sunlight and physical activity to keep them strong. Health at Every Size promotes acceptance and appreciation of one's body, even if you're overweight. It encourages overweight people to shift their focus from losing weight to other healthy habits, such as eating healthy foods and getting more exercise.
