The Federalist Party was for the Constitution because they saw it as a way for the people to get more involved in the government since the most powerful branch would be directly linked to the people. Lastly, the Antifederalists saw the Constitution as a way to take the power of the states away while the Federalists interpreted the Constitution as a way for the states and the national government to have similar powers that still allow the national government to handle national affairs rather than having the states do it.

I don't know, I'm kind of stuck between the middle. If people want to do drugs and smoke and drink, it really is there own business, just as long as they are of age and know the consequences of what they're doing, and also don't harm others. The government should react by just telling them to not hurt others and just keep in mind what they are doing might hurt themselves.
The American Constitution was heavily based on the idea of democracy and a perfect world where people would have free speech and rights. The idea of democracy was derived from the earliest form of democracy, (direct) Roman democracy. As many people know, the Romans adopted a lot of Greek culture and ideas from taking over Ancient Greece in the times of the Roman Empire. This is what I think is how the American political process was formed from the basic standards of Greek civilizations.
