She practices for 40 minutes on Monday.

On Tuesday she practices for 5/8 of 40 minutes.
\frac{5}{8} \ of \ 40=\frac{5}{8} \times 40=5 \times \frac{40}{8}=5 \times 5=25
On Tuesday she practices for 25 minutes.

On Wednesday she practices for 4/5 of 25 minutes.
\frac{4}{5} \ of \ 25=\frac{4}{5} \times 25=4 \times \frac{25}{5}=4 \times 5=20

Hannah practices for A. 20 minutes on Wednesday.

MrRa [10]

Answer:

About 99.7% of births would be expected to occur within 51 days of the mean pregnancy length

Step-by-step explanation:

The Empirical Rule states that, for a normally distributed random variable:

68% of the measures are within 1 standard deviation of the mean.

95% of the measures are within 2 standard deviation of the mean.

99.7% of the measures are within 3 standard deviations of the mean.

In this problem, we have that:

Standard deviation = 17.

About what percentage of births would be expected to occur within 51 days of the mean pregnancy length?

51/17 = 3.

So, within 3 standard deviations of the mean.

About 99.7% of births would be expected to occur within 51 days of the mean pregnancy length

Winnie wrote the following riddle.I am a number between 60 and 100.My ones digit is two less than my tens digit.I am a prime num
Kazeer [188]

Answer:

79

Step-by-step explanation:

60<xy<100

y -2 =x

if it is prime

y cannot be even

so y could be      1,3,5,7,9

x would then be 9,1,3,5,7

but to be between 60 and 100

x must be 7 or 9

so the number must be 79 or 57

57 is not prime so

the number is 79
