Answer:

Road transport most common in Nepal because of its geographical condition.

Explanation:

Road transport is the most commonly used mode of transportation in Nepal. Nepal is a country that is surrounded by land and mountainous regions from all sides. Rail transport is not accessible in Nepal because of the hills and mountains. Water transport becomes impossible since Nepal is a landlocked country. Air transport is used but is expensive for normal citizens to access it. Hence, road transportation is the only mode and it is accessible for the people and suited according to the geographical condition of the country too.

How did the Reformation affect the authority of the Catholic Church and of monarchs
jasenka [17]
The protestant revolt did not affect the authority of the Catholic Church.

It has the same authority that it has always had since it was founded by Jesus Christ in 33 AD.

The Catholic Church's authority is from God alone so the actions of individual heretics cannot affect it except in a superficial manner.

r-ruslan [8.4K]

Research on brain activity shows that by taking pictures and engaging in other activities, Ashely's brain activity for driving has reduced by d. 37%.

Why would her brain activity decrease by this amount?

The brain is good at multitasking but some activities should not be done together as they require the same brain areas to engage in.

If one is driving, the brain needs a lot of focus and this can be reduced by engaging in other activities such as talking, and listening to others as these also require concentration.

This is why brain activity for Ashley reduced by 37% in relation to driving.

In conclusion, option D is correct.

When a NS (neutral stimulus - bell) is paired with a US (or UCS - unconditioned stimulus - food powder) causing a UR (or UCR - u
Helen [10]

Answer:

The NS eventually becomes a conditioned stimulus (CS).

Explanation:

In classical conditioning, a conditioned stimulus can be defined as a neutral stimulus that has become associated with an unconditioned stimulus and, eventually, begins to trigger a conditioned response. A classical example is ringing a bell (NS) at the same time you offer food (US) to a dog. The dog will salivate (UR) because of the food, not because of the bell. However, if you repeat this several times, eventually the sound of the bell will go from a neutral stimulus (NS) to a conditioned stimulus (CS). It will begin to trigger the now conditioned response of salivation (CR), even if there is no food.
