Costs: Spoiled food, damaged food, suitable storage. Benefits: Better athletics, better academics, less diabetes, lower obesity.

Explanation:

A cost refers to something that is paid, invested, or gave up when an alternative is chosen. On the other hand, a benefit refers to a positive effect related to a decision or election. In this context, elements such as spoiled food, damaged food, and suitable storage are costs of including healthy food in the school lunch, considering this is the "price" for including healthy food as this needs to be stored correctly and the risk it spoils or damages is higher.

On the other hand, elements such as better athletics or academics as well as less diabetes and obesity are benefits or positive effects because these factors increase the health of students; this is explained in "schools with healthy lunch programs have lower rates of childhood obesity and diabetes.... better in academics and sports".

What are two potential issues that may occur when there is a significant difference
irga5000 [103]

Two potential issues might arise when there is a significant difference between the sales tax rates between two jurisdictions or cities.

First, consumers might try to avoid the taxes of one jurisdiction by shopping in a neighbouring one. This is called sales tax avoidance. In this case, consumers leave high-tax areas and make major purchases in low-tax areas.

The other potential issue is that businesses might also try to avoid such taxes.  Businesses might sometimes locate just outside the border of a high sales tax area in order to avoid being subjected to these rates. In both of these situations, implementing a high sales tax rate can backfire, making it more difficult for the jurisdiction to collect revenue.

99 Points Need Help?
lozanna [386]
We have come very far in the past centuries since the United States were formed.
Since the the United States was born technology has had many advancements that made everyday life easier from the cotton spindles and looms to Henry Fords development of the assembly line.  It seemed like there was a new invention to help the blue collar man every day. The invention of the steam engine made travel easier and faster by land and water along with the invention of steam boats. Trains where the next big technological advancement because they made it easier to get to the wild west the south and the factories in the north. The telephone and telegraph made it easier to communicate with people miles away in just a few minutes. The light bulb that many of us take for granted lit up the streets of New York and many homes and businesses. Photography made it easier to have family portraits and it even made advancements in law helping to tell us who was a repeat offender.
All together these inventions made it to where we are today, they made it easier faster and safer United States. Although many have evolved into modern tools and goods they all had to have a humble beginning or we would still be using oil lamps to light up our homes and streets. so,in conclusion the advancement of  technology made life easier then and now.

i hope this helps some
