so Ms. jones has a probability of 3/10 or 30% chance of picking a patterned headband and because she replaced it she has a 80% chance of not picking a solid headband. 
Q2. 114 because the cumulative frequency or in other words the sum of the frequency up to that point is 138 so you would take that and subtract 24 because thats how many students did not log in more than six times. This give you your answer which is that 114 students logged in more than six times.
