Answer:

the I-knew-it-all-along phenomenon.

Explanation:

Hindsight bias: Also known as 'the I-knew-it-all-along phenomenon'.

The hindsight bias phenomenon involves the propensity of a person to assume or estimate that he or she already knew the consequence of a particular event after the consequence has formerly been determined.

Example: A person claims that he knew that his friends will not come but later on his friends came and he claims that he knew that the opposite is going to happen.

kari74 [83]

Answer:

In 'specialization' , works tend to be divided among workers depended on their specific skill set. By doing this, the overall time needed to complete the work will become much more efficient.

For example, in lawn care business, there generally 2 main things to do.

- Get rid of unwanted debris (which require more physical power)

- Create an artistic cut to make the lawn more aesthetically pleasing (which require an art-related talent).

Using the concept of specialization , peter and Nicholas need to decide which one of them is the one that more prominent in one aspect of the job. After they decide it, they can focus on doing that thing alone between houses and reduce the overall time needed to complete the job.

As for expanding the job to more houses, the only thing they can do is to hire more workers with that specific specialization skill sets. By doing this, they can finish more lawns without having to be physically present and spend their own time.

alexandr402 [8]

The correct answer is Dissociative

Social processes are distinguished in associative, when individuals establish positive relationships, cooperation and consensus; and dissociative, when the established relationships are negative, of opposition, of divergence, etc. The associative processes are: cooperation, accommodation and assimilation.

Among the dessociative processes are: competition and conflict. Competition is the dispute of interests between individuals or social groups, regulated by “norms”, with no forms of violence or brute force. Unlike competition, which does not use violent means to achieve the goal; conflict is the process that occurs when competition gains a degree of high social tension, and there may even be violence or threat of violence.
