HOW CAN A FRIEND RESTORE TRUST IN A FRIENDSHIP/RELATIONSHIP<br> ONCE IT HAS BEEN BROKEN? (1 page)
slamgirl [31]
When trust has been broken or altered in a friendship, it is important that the person who broke their friends trust apologizes and makes sure that they are stable enough to not make the same decisions again. they must make sure they communicate how they feel about the situation, including the person who was hurt. it is hard to be a perfect friend, and we all make mistakes. as long as a friend knows that there will not be another again and that they are remorseful and sorry for their actions, and there is good change shown in their behavior then it is okay to assume friendship again

Hamlet Act IV help!
Harrizon [31]
Claudius gives Laertes two reasons why he didn't punish Hamlet yet - he says he loves his mother and that the public loves him. So I guess your answers would be Gertrude loves Hamlet and the King does not want to hurt her and the Danes like Hamlet.
These two options are definitely correct, but if you need another one, then maybe also choose The Danes may not believe Claudius too (however, I am unsure about this one because in the text he only states two reasons).

What message is George Orwell sending in Animal Farm and how does he use satire to convey this message to his audience?
HACTEHA [7]

Answer:

George Orwell is comparing the farm animals to the Soviet Union. He is trying to convey the idea of power and the demoralization that comes along with it. He communicates irony with the readers through the animals being 'punished' for being power hungry. The animals end up mistreating each other, due to their infatuation for authority. Satire is used to show the selfishness of the animals. The power makes them hypocrites for using the same punishments that they hated when they were used against themselves. Irony is shown through the denseness of the society they live in. The readers know a lot more about what is happening in the story, than the characters do.
