I was also good with academics and managed to come in the first three ranks with the minimum of effort. The result was that I became conceited and started making fun of my classmates especially because some of my class fellows laughed at my witticism. This spurred one on and I started misbehaving when some lenient teachers were present.

This went on for few days. I had a good time laughing, joking and showing off to my admiring coteries of followers. None of the teachers had notices what I was doing because they were too busy in teaching.

Williams Shakespeare was an English poet, actor and playwright (dramatist). Shakespeare was born on the 26th of April, 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England. He died on the 13th of April, 1616 in England.

Williams Shakespeare was considered to have lived a fulfilled life as he is the world's greatest playwright and writer in English language.

Around 1586, Shakespeare worked as an actor, writer and co-owner of a drama company called the Lord Chamberlain’s Men (later known as King's Men when it received a royal patent from King James I).

2. Tragedy: it contains a more serious and dramatic plot which typically involves the death of a main character (protagonist).

Some Shakespearean tragedy plays are; Romeo and Juliet, Antony and Cleopatra, Macbeth, Titus Andronicus, Hamlet, Julius Caesar, King Lear, Othello, etc.

Hence, the main characteristics of a tragedy include;

It explores themes of personal flaws and downfalls.
It evokes fear and pity from the audience.

3. History: it's mainly focused on English monarchs and Elizebethan propaganda, glorifying her Tudor ancestors and illustrating the negative impacts of Civil war.

Some Shakespearean histories are; King John, Henry V, Henry IV, Richard II, Henry VI, etc.

It dramatizes the lives of monarchs.
