Answer: Irrigation

Explanation:

You included no options (unless there weren't any to begin with) but irrigation should be the answer.

Irrigation is a method of watering plants that involves controlling the amount of water that goes into a farm in a given period. It works by channelling water from a water source like rivers and wells and then directing it to farms.

People built canals from the Tigris and the Euphrates that channelled water to their farms thus enabling them to use the two rivers to water their crops. The ancient Egyptians did the same with the Nile.

What did Austria Hungary do in 1908 that increased Pre-war tension in Europe
kari74 [83]

Answer:

Austria-Hungary increased tension prior to WWI by announcing the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in October of 1908.

Explanation:

This act created a lot of diplomatic tension as there were many alliances across this region involving Russia, Germany, and the Ottoman Empire, for example. In addition, Serbia objected to the Austria-Hungary annexation as they were geographically close and ethnically tied to Bosnia and Herzegovina.  The foreign minister of Russia had to support the Serbian claims because the Russian public was very critical of Austria. Austria-Hungary was supported however by the Germans and they backed the annexation and threatened aggression against Serbia unless Russia and Serbia conceded. Bosnia and Herzegovina had been under the control of the Ottoman Empire but Turkey was also experiencing its own forms of unrest and political instability. It was a period where many of the old regimes were being challenged.

erica [24]

<u>"Accommodating" </u>is the conflict-handling style in which a person neglects his or her own concerns and allows the concerns of another to prevail.

The accommodating style is one of sacrifice, benevolence and low decisiveness. You will surrender pretty much everything so as to save the association with the other party. It is absolutely sensible to utilize this procedure when the current issue is something of little significance to you.

The Accommodating style is described as low confidence and high helpfulness. In other words that when a man picks this way to deal with overseeing strife, they will forego their own worries to fulfill the worries of others.

Answer:

Option A, Jeffersonian model , is the right answer.

Explanation:

Named after Thomas Jefferson, the Jeffersonian democracy was one of the two authoritative governmental opportunities and movements in the U.S. in the period between the 1790's to the 1820's. They were highly committed to the American republicanism. This implied to what they regarded artificial aristocracy,  persistence on virtue, opposition to corruption with a preference for the "yeoman farmer", "farmers", and the "plain folk". "According to Carl Rogers, decreasing discrepancies between the _____ and the _____ can lead to more positive perceptions of sel
Snowcat [4.5K]

Answer:    Ideal and Real

Explanation:  According to one of the most influential American psychologists, Carl Rogers, people develop over time both aspects, ideal self and real self. His psychotherapy was known for being client-centred, that is, psychotherapy aimed at developing a personality through actualisation, that is, we show tendency to actualise the formation, improvement and shaping of our own personality. This is achieved precisely by reducing the difference, i.e the deviation of the ideal self and the real self. This means that reducing this difference contributes to our acceptance to advance our personality through the continuous improvement of our awareness that we constantly need to transform.

In fact, the ideal self and the real self should be as close as possible, bringing them closer to each other with the help of daily actions, which means fulfilling and implementing into reality our own potentials. By acting daily, we turn our ideas from the ideal self into real self through the necessary experiences, and we gain experience through our daily actions and work on our personality.
