I would think its D. because in the story "Letter to the editor" How are mixed-use areas different from what we have now? Let me tell you. Our city currently has a dense downtown area and then a massive amount of sprawl reaching out in every direction—the sprawl takes up seventy-five percent of the city’s land. Urban sprawl, the spreading of large developments of housing and shopping areas around a city’s center, has many negative cultural and environmental effects. Sprawl increases traffic congestion along highways. The residents who live in these faraway suburbs often work downtown, where the majority of businesses are still located. They have to undertake long commutes to and from work every day, which limits their time with family and friends and increases their time alone on the road. These longer commutes also result in increased air pollution that can lead to smog problems for the city.
On pages 316-317, Annabeth and Grover argue over who gets left behind. Percy ended up taking both of them.
The narrator of Stolen Day is a boy; the narrator of The Night the Bed Fell is grown up.
Diesel trucks do not have any spark plugs. A diesel truck has an internal combustion engine, as does a petrol car. The method of igniting the fuel is different.
For the purposes of this discussion, an internal combustion engine is an engine where the fuel is ignited and burned inside the cylinders of the engine. This is where the power is produced.
The diesel engine works in the following way:
1. Air is let into the cylinder and the piston compresses the air. 2. Once the air is compressed, fuel is sprayed into the cylinder. The amount of fuel sprayed onto the cylinder varies. 3. The compressed air is so hot that the fuel ignites and explodes without a spark plug. 3. The controlled explosion pushes the piston back out of the cylinder.4. Enough power is produced to drive the vehicle forward. <span>
