Yes it is congruent.

Two shapes are congruent when they have exactly the same dimensions (area, length...)

 Transformations, reflections and rotations don't affect the shape of the object.

Hence they are congruent.

OR

Compare the dimensions of both triangles...it's obvious that it's still the same.

Hence they are congruent.
