Negative, it was racist, cruel, and in needed, it uprooted Japanese Americans from their homes, forced prejudice upon them later in society because of the stereotypes associated with the Japanese after Pearl Harbor and WW2, and after they were released and the government had taken their homes and livelihoods they had nowhere to go and had to start all over again with no assistance.
