As much as I would like to help you with something like this, I think that writing this should come from you. It's technically plagiarism and I would hate for you to get in trouble. Maybe you should take it step by step. I'm sure you've accomplished something in your life that you are proud of or at least remember it well. Start there and then see how far you can get.
