Recessive genes (h) are also not dominant. When paired with, a non-recessive letter, the offspring will have the non-recessive letter.

In this case, Hh plants will take the H, taller height.

The hh plants will take the "h", recessive, shorter height, because there is no other letter.

Therefore, 50% of the offspring will be regular height and 50% of the offspring will be shorter height.
