Answer:

The largest coral reef in the Western Hemisphere is located off the coast of Belize.

Explanation:

Belize Beach Reef Reserve has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. It comprises over 300 kilometers of coral reef, the largest in the northern hemisphere and the world's second largest after the Great Barrier Reef. The reef extends from the Mexican border to the Guatemalan border. Outside there are three large atolls. Between the reef and the mainland is a lagoon that widens and deepens to the south. Its depth is only 2-3 meters in the north and up to 65 meters in the south.

Describe how the modern U.S economy has changed its emphasis on industry and manufacturing
babymother [125]

The United States remained a largely agricultural nation until late in the 19th century. Unskilled workers fared poorly in the early U.S. economy, receiving as little as half the pay of skilled craftsmen, artisans, and mechanics. About 40 percent of the workers in the cities were low-wage laborers and seamstresses in clothing factories, often living in dismal circumstances. With the rise of factories, children, women, and poor immigrants were commonly employed to run machines.
