This sounds like sociology.... I took that as a college class my last semester this year!! So I may can help you some.
Social Behavior- Language, Mannerisms, Communication, the way you behave socially to communicate with your surroundings.
Cultural Behavior- Fashion, Slang, Dance, Music, behavior according to cultural influences
Phenomena - ( this one right here I might not be so accurate, but I will help you with what I know) Wildly different, confusing to pinpoint.
Taboo- something that is different from the norm, not commonly seen.
Theoretically, decency and conventionally are the most adhered norms of society because they aren't challenging or conflictive, they make it easy to get along and feel at ease with your surroundings. Just do what everyone expects you to do!!
Deviant may be referred to as a power struggle because if someone is deviant, they are not following the norms society has set into place, they are doing something different or atleast trying, this sounds like a power struggle because this person is now struggling with the power society has initially set to have over them. Resistance can be a struggle!!
