Working conditions include the work environment as well as all other circumstances that affect our work, in terms of whether they make it difficult or easier. According to such criteria, kindergarten teachers are considered to work in more pleasant working environment, so their pay is less than their colleagues in other workplaces. More pleasant  work environment in kindergarten is designed to contribute to the mood and activity of children, and such an environment also affects teachers. Such a comfortable work environment is achieved with child-friendly decor, which usually consists of cheerful colours, drawings and motifs on the walls. Then flexible working hours, various events, entertainment, food, juices, etc.
