Answer:

The problems of insecurities of library resources are mostly related to the vandalizing and theft of the library materials.

Explanation:

 • The library resources are the most relied upon by the citizens because they are available for free access at a negligible fee. But this plays against the security of the library resources.
 • The library resources are often not taken good care of by its users for the resources don't come with a great cost and are available for use at a minimal price.
 • Thus, library resources are vulnerable to vandalizing. Another problem is about the theft of library resources. At times, the library material is not returned at all (which is considered as a theft).
 • This causes huge loss to the library and raises a concern about the security of the library resources.
