It depends on how long it takes you to write a thesis, do your research and write the paper (on the thesis). Normally I've heard it takes 5 - 7 years. My mother completed hers in 4.

alexandr1967 [171]

If Earth stopped rotating, it would be a disaster but if it were to rotate backwards it might not be as catastrophic. Trade winds at the equator, which normally blow westward, would reverse - hurricanes would no longer travel from East to West across the Atlantic.

The repetition of versions of the word “like” at the end of each line of the poem does all of the following EXCEPT
Readme [11.4K]

Answer:

E. suggests that the speaker's vocabulary is limited

Explanation:

The question above is related to the poem entitled "Sestina: Like," written by A.E. Stallings. It is a fixed verse type of poem which consists of six stanzas. Every stanza has six lines.

The repetition of versions of the word "like" at the end of the lines allows the poem to focus on its subject matter. This allows the central concept of the poem to be unified. It also shows that the poet used the word "like" as a play on words because it provides "humor" to what is happening in the society today.

So, this concludes that using the word "like" doesn't mean the poet has a limited vocabulary.

Thus, this explains the answer.
