The axis powers mobilized faster. They also controled the passes through allied coutries because they were in the center. germany also was a skilled army and took down belgium early in the war to get to france.
It was the establishment or birth of the Constitution. The Americans are a proud race. They have shown their best enthusiasm when they want to be heard. The constitution embodies the roots and genetics of the american people as it was collectively defined by each representative of the different states.
