Turn both mixed numbers into improper fractions

$\frac{7}{2} / \frac{9}{4}$

Keep the first fraction in its position, flip the second one upside down and turn the divide symbol into a multiply symbol.

$\frac{7}{2} * \frac{4}{9}$

Now just multiply them to get:

$\frac{28}{18}$

Turn this into a mixed number:

$1 \frac{10}{18}$

Simplify this into:

$1 \frac{5}{9}$

Therefore a = 1, b = 5 and c = 9
