You will study both of these images, by comparing and contrasting them. The image on the left is by French minimalist artist Qui

be and it’s a portrait of Stan Lee. The image on the right is by an unknown artst, and it’s actually only a small section of a much larger drawing.
Begin by giving a brief description of both images. Then explain what the pictures have in common, and in what way they are different. Finish off by explaining which image you prefer, and why?

Think of the following questions while you write:

What immediately stands out about the differences in the two pieces?
What types of lines and shapes do we see in each image?
Do you believe that both of these works are on the same level, in terms of talent?

Kobotan [32]

Answer:

The correct answer is (C) Perspective

Explanation:

In terms of fine arts perspective is the art of representing three-dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surface so as to give the right impression of their height, width, depth, and position in relation to each other. if we look at the image shown here we can see that the image looks like it has been taking from front while standing a bit backwards from the pillars and corridor. Similarly the pillars on the back and the people have clear distance so option C is the correct answer.

navik [9.2K]

Answer: It's probably important to have realistic interpretation because then the artist's audience can actually relate to it.

The role of the artist has change ( if any) may have been the fact that now not only do they speak for themselves, their art now expresses other people's feelings too that can not express on their own.
