Typically a classical symphony especially in the 18th century followed a distinct order of sonata-allegro for an opening or as an introductory. Then the theme and variations which would give way to the minuet and trio. Lastly you can use the rondo and also a sonata I believe. That's just from my experiences from listening to multiple sources of compositions.
It has a good start, but you should add more context to what you are writing. It is hard to follow what is happening. Otherwise, the story is set up very well.
