Striking is when you quit and make signs to get something like say they wont give you a raise so then you would get other workers to do it with u would make signs and some times you would say mean things like there are rats here so people wont go to there store or building protesting is kinda like having  your own opinion and trying to get people agree to you hope it helps :)
