Answer: Step therapy is the process of trying less expensive drugs before trying a more expensive drug. For instance if you have a cold, you would try over the counter cough medicine and if that didn't work you would get a prescription for a more expensive drug.

Hope this helps.

Answer:

Step therapy is a caring approach aimed to reduce the cost of the medication prescribed to the patients.

Explanation:

The process of step therapy is when we are in front of a medical condition that requires to take a drug. Start with the cheapest way to treat it and then if that doesn´t work "step up" to a higher and more expensive dose of a more powerful drug.

What is the difference between justification and excuse defense
aleksandrvk [35]

Answer:

The difference is that Justification is a social Defense and a Excuse Defense is a mental disorder or something physical wrong with them

Explanation:

Excuse defence is when the defendant admits to committing a criminal act but believes that he or she cannot be held responsible because there was no criminal intent. Excuse defences that are used in courts today are; Age, Mental Disorder, Automatism, Mistake of Fact and Mistake of Law.

Justification is a defense in a criminal case, by which a defendant who committed the crime as defined, claims they did no wrong, because committing the crime advanced some social interest or vindicated a right of such importance that it outweighs the wrongfulness of the crime.

The Taft-Hartley Act did which of the following? Established wage and price controls during the Nixon administration
motikmotik

Answer:

C. Limited the powers of labor unions

Explanation:

The Taft–Hartley Act or Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, is a federal law in United States that limits the powers of labor unions  and its activities.

The Act was implemented on June 23, 1947, under the veto of President Harry S. Truman.

It came into effect after the major strike wave in United States during 1945-46.

The law successfully amended the 1935 National Labor Relations Act. It clearly prohibits union from engaging into "unfair labor practices" like political strikes, jurisdictional strikes, boycotts, monetary donations etc.

The restrictions were imposed to keep a check on proper exercise of powers by the labor unions and to maintain a liberal market flow in America.
