So what the first thing you see in the painting. To me honest i saw the tree and the grass first. I would say this picture is realistic because even though the painting is not the most realistic thing he/she tried to capture the blue of the sky the green brown color of the tree and grass. Could you be a little more specific for the last two what elements like paint brushes or oil paints?
