Why did we choose to attack Guadalcanal
uysha [10]
The Guadalcanal campaign was a significant strategic combined arms Allied victory in the Pacific theater. Along with the Battle of Midway, it has been called a turning-point in the war against Japan. The Japanese had reached the peak of their conquests in the Pacific. The victories at Milne Bay, Buna-Gona, and Guadalcanal marked the Allied transition from defensive operations to the strategic initiative in the theater, leading to offensive operations such as the Solomon Islands, New Guinea, and Central Pacific campaigns, that eventually resulted in Japan's surrender and the end of World War II.

What is the best way to describe labor
AnnZ [28]

The best way to describe labor unions in the United States today is that the majority of unions represent manufacturing workers (Knights of Labor), and government workers (Federal Bureau of Investigation).

A labor union is an organization which is  formed by the workers who join together and use their strength to have a voice in their workplace. It is seen that through their union, both manufacturing and government workers have the ability to negotiate from a position of strength.

So these labor union members work together to negotiate and enforce a contract with management which tends to guarantee the things you care about like affordable health care, decent raises, stable schedule, and job security.

Hence, options B and C are correct.
