The largest angle of the quadrilateral PQRS is 120°

<u>Step-by-step explanation:</u>

Given that

\frac{\angle P}{2} =\frac{\angle Q}{3}=\frac{\angle R}{4}

3P=2Q   (1)

4Q=3R

Q=3R/4

Substitute the value of <Q in (1)

3P=2(\frac{3R}{4} )=\frac{3R}{2} \\6P=3R\          -->(2)

<P=3R/6=R/2

Comparing (1) and (2)

we get 6P=4Q=3R

In a cyclic quadrilateral, opposite angles are supplementary i.e their sum is 180 degree

<P and <R are opposite angles.

Hence

<R/2+<R=180

\frac{3R}{2} =180\\R=120\°\\

<S and <Q are opposite angles. Hence

<S=180-<Q=180-90=90°

<P=60°

<Q=90°

<R=120°

<S=90°

The largest angle of the quadrilateral is 120°(<R)

What is the volume of a prism with the length (x+9) width (x+5) and (x+4)?<br> Please Help
IrinaVladis [17]
This is easy all you have to do is use the formula of the volume which is v=l.h.w

(X+9)(x+4)(x+5)= v

(X+9)(x^2+9x+20)
X^3+18x^2+101x+180=v

If 32 people are each served a pint of lemonade, how many gallon pitchers are needed to hold all of the lemonade?
Elenna [48]

32 people each get a pint and 1 pint is roughly 0.125 gallons so assuming that the pitcher can hold one gallon each then it would be 4 pitchers  D is your answer.

What is the value of x innthe equation 1.5(x+4)-3=4.5(x-2)
daser333 [38]

~~~~~~1.5(x+4)-3 = 4.5(x-2)\\\\\implies 15(x+4) -30 =45(x-2)~~~~~~~~;[\text{Multiply both sides by 10]}\\\\\implies 3(x+4)-6=9(x-2)~~~~~~~~~~;[\text{Divide both sides by 5]}\\\\\implies 3x+12-6=9x-18\\\\\implies 3x+6=9x-18\\\\\implies 9x-3x = 18+6\\\\\implies 6x = 24\\\\\implies x = \dfrac{24}6\\\\\implies x =4
