Explanation: In "David Copperfield" by Charles Dickens, the stage of the plot development in which this excerpt is most likely to occur is in the <u><em>exposition</em></u>. This is part of Chapter 1 "I Am Born". The narrator, now a grown man, tells the story of his childhood since the day of his birth. Disney was born in Chicago, so answer A would be incorrect. C would be incorrect also because Walt Disney was raised in poverty rated homes. The answer, one I cannot give you because you should need to complete it yourself, should either be D or B.
