Why does God make people with disabilities why doesn't he give people the same chances at life
Stolb23 [73]
Maybe because he wants the people with disabilities to become stronger human beings and often times they are the happiest people you meet, possibly it's to prove to people without disabilities that these people are a lot stronger and you should learn to live your life as happy as they do.

Why was Squanto important to the Pilgrims?
Hatshy [7]
Squanto was important because he was friends with the Pilgrims. He helped the Pilgrims by leading them through forests so they could hunt. Sir Ferdinando Gorges was a slave taker. Squanto was taken by Sir Gorges for slavery in Spain, but they became friends because Sir Gorges taught Squanto English. Eventually, Squanto escaped and went to England. When he returned to New England in 1619 as pilot for an English sea captain, he escaped and discovered that his people had been destroyed by a disease.

Churchill mentions that his “private ambitions have been satisfied beyond my wildest dreams” what does he mean ?
lisabon 2012 [21]

Answer:

He meant that his accomplishment are more than he had expected to accomplish

Explanation:

When Churchill mentions that his “private ambitions have been satisfied beyond my wildest dreams”.

He meant that his ambitions or desires have been accomplished more than he could ever think of or more than he had expected. This means that every position or role he has held is far more than what he expected of himself. Churchill might not have believed that his aims or ambitions in life will be achieved to that level or at that rate of progress.

For instance, Churchill held so many offices in his political career through appointment and election. He was a Member of Parliament from 1924 until 1964, home secretary, first lord of the admiralty, chancellor of the Exchequer, minister of defense, and prime minister from 1940 to 1945 and 1951 to 1955.
