The key impact to the sixth amendemnt is the rights of a defendant in a criminal prosecution. Such as the criminal has to be informed of his arrest, the gov. must present the charges to the defendant correctly. And when the person is arrested they have a right to an attorney and seen beofore the judge in the next 24 hours of being taken.
