Answer: Room lighting is the independent variable (light intensity)

Explanation:

An independent variable is one that can stand on it's own. It does not rely on the other variable. It cannot be altered by the other variable you want to measure. In this case, you are trying to see if the independent variable which is the light intensity can cause some obvious changes in the dependent variable.

In the previous company Leo worked for, he led the downsizing of a major division and had to terminate hundreds of employees. Th
MA_775_DIABLO [31]

Answer  is:  career experiences.

Explanation:

Munford's  approach to leadership skills holds that there are five aspects (elements) of all skils:

1. Individual attributes

2. Competencies;

3. Leadership outcomes;

4. Career experiences;

5. Enviromental influences.

For this case, it is quite evident that Leo's leading of the downsizing and termination fo employees is part of Leo's personal background, which, as said, is influencing Leo's own leadership approach in this current job. Therefore, it could be no other of Munford's five-elements-to-leadership-skils, but career experiences.
