Answer and explanation:

Employees are more inclined to work for ethical organizations since they need to know the work environment they will be spending the time in, promotes values such as respect, responsibility, and cooperation. Besides, employees are prone to look for jobs available in places where they are aware they will receive a fair treat compared to their coworkers.

In my special case, I am more attracted and committed to ethical work frames because it is important to keep in mind that regularly we spent from eight (8) to nine (9) hours at work every day during most of the week so it is crucial for us to feel respected, to share a cooperative atmosphere, and to be treated fairly in such place.

Kitty [74]

Answer: See explanation

Explanation:

Absolute advantage simply means when an economic entity such as individuals or the firms can produce a particular good more efficiently than others who produce similar good. In this case, a larger quantity is produced when compared to others.

Comparative advantage is when an economic agent can actually produce goods at an opportunity cost that's lower than the opportunity cost of its competitors. Due to this, such economic agent can sell its good at a cheaper price than others and therefore make more revenue.
