3) Glittering Generalities

Glittering Generalities is a propaganda technique that uses words that are vague, abstract and ambiguous but attractive at the same time as they are associated with valued belief, ideal or concepts that usually trigger powerful emotions in people, and are acclaim by many.

Theses words are usually accepted and acclaim by many, without the need of much examination or explanation of the concept. Use linguistic patterns such as alliteration, metaphor, and reversals that turn your words into poetry that flows and rhymes in hypnotic patterns.

"Peace, prosperity, and progress" is a great example of this propaganda, as it expresses high ideals that tend to appeal to people's emotions, although it doesn't provide any specific concept of what they actually mean or reason that supports the phrase.

Others examples of glittering generalities are "freedom", "honor", "hope", "common good", "democracy", "strength", "dignity", and "love".

Communication through a telephone call is considered a part of a(n)______ ________ communication channel.
Maslowich

Communication thru a phone name is considered part of an online Communication channel.

Communication means "to proportion" or "to be in relation with") and is "an obvious solution to the painful divisions between self and different, private and public, and internal idea and outer global." As this definition indicates, verbal exchange is difficult to outline in a regular way, due to the fact in common use it refers to a totally extensive range of different behaviors involved within the propagation of facts. John Peters argues the problem of defining communique emerges from the reality that communication is a widespread phenomenon (because all people communicate) and a specific discipline of institutional academic observation.

Anyone has a unique Communication style, a way wherein they interact and exchange information with others. There are four simple communique styles: passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive, and assertive. it is critical to understand every communication fashion, and why individuals use them.

Answer:

Daniel Pink talks about three keys to sustainable motivation: autonomy, mastery and purpose.

Explanation:

1. Autonomy. It is a great motivator, especially when creativity is expected from people. When workers feel they have the ability to choose their projects, where and with whom to work, maximum motivation is achieved.

2. Mastery. We all like to feel competent, learn, grow, master and be expert in some activity. When the activity is aligned with our talents and is challenging, we are deeply motivated. We enter a state called flow, where we lose track of time and have a desire to continue working on the activity.

3. Purpose. People need to feel that they are leaving an imprint, that they are contributing above and beyond themselves. Remind your employees how their work contributes to the whole, how it makes a difference to clients and society.
