Explain why the founders might not be troubled by gridlock, even if it hampers the governmental process.

English

Is like what Sean Roberts said: That the government is made up of three branches, which are made to see each other to make sure no branch is dominating the other two. They are all the time trying to find a balance among the three branches (Judicial, Executive, and Legislative). The founders created this in order to have an effective government in decision making.

Also, Gridlock is when something isn't moving. You can also call it a stalemate. The government is meant to have gridlock. For example, it can take a WHILE, a few years, for a decision to be made on a certain issue, and when it has to do with something controversial it takes longer (like abortion, which still, to this day, is a heated topic in politics), which makes people complain about how "slow" the American government is when making decisions.

Hope this helps.

Read the following paragraph from the introduction [paragraphs 1-3].
Andrej [43]

Answer:

Swarbrick is young compared with other parliamentarians, and she feels that the older generation cannot understand the threat of global warming.

Explanation:

The given passage is from the text titled <em>"OK, boomer, " retorts lawmaker to heckler during climate change meeting </em>.

It tells about Chlöe Swarbrick's speech in the New Zealand Parliament. Bringing the attention of the rest of the parliament to an important issue, climate change, she mentions her age, emphasizing that it will be the younger generations who will be dealing with the consequences of global warming, not most of the members of the parliament, who will no longer be its members in a couple of decades. They do not understand the threat of global warming, which is why they are not paying attention to it, despite the fact they should.

This is why the third option is the correct one.
