Answer:

'The Taming of the shrew' talks about complexity of issues in love, marriage and society.

Explanation:

"The Taming of the Shrew" by "William Shakespeare" talks about love, whether it is romantic, platonic or filial. He talks about romantic relationship between a man and a woman when they take interest in each other and decide to get married. Both of them show their romantic side to their partner during the courtship and their love is both romantic and platonic during this time.

The theme 'filial' is depicted in the story when Shakespeare shows how parents play a significant role in life of their children who are about to get married. Lucentio and Bianca loved each other but he got permission to marry her only after convincing her father Baptista that he was very rich.

"If you are able to look yourself in the mirror every day with the decisions that you make, that's where the power starts.
OverLord2011 [107]

Answer:

This message applies to our lives because the biggest critic and supporter of what we do should be ourselves. If we can look into the mirror at the beginning and end of each day and be able to look ourselves in the eyes and be happy and contrnt with what we do, who we are, and who we become each day then we have power.

We lose that power in our lives if we lose the ability to look at ourselves in the mirror and be proud of what we do, who we are, and who we become each day. If we don't have those then we are not making the righr decisions.

in mending wall the speaker does not see the necessity of the wall what does the speaker do that could be considered ironic
Genrish500 [490]
The action of the speaker that can be considered ironic is that actually the speaker takes initiative of establishing the wall up to himself but then he questions it and has some doubts about that. There is another irony,  I would say, the main one, you may find it useful : the wall which was meant to separate neighbours brings them together every year in order to repair it. Is it really the borderline?Hope that helps.
