A totalitarian form of
government is that which establishes complete political, social, and cultural
control over the subjects, and are usually headed by a charismatic leader. Hitler’s
form of government emphasized the subordination of the citizens to advance the
interests of the state
On September 16, 1810, Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a Catholic priest, launched the Mexican War of Independence with the issuing of his Grito de Dolores, or “Cry of Delores.” The revolutionary tract called for the end of Spanish rule in Mexico, redistribution of land, and racial equality.
The plan of economic recovery similar to the Treaty of Versailles, is called Plan Dawes. Under the patronage of the United States, this plan was established in 1924 to ensure that Great Britain and France, among others, as winning allies of the First World War, obtained their war reparations and at the same time sought to stabilize the German economy and avoid inconveniences due to these payments.
